With over 25+ years of diverse experience spanning both family enterprises and strategic roles within leading government entities and multinational corporations, Mohamed has consistently demonstrated his ability to spearhead initiatives of significant local and global impact. 

In his current roles as CEO and Board Member at Al Wazan Group, as well as Chairman and Managing Director of Al Nasser Holding, Mohamed continues the legacy of leadership established by the family for decades. With over three decades of dedicated service in the energy sector, particularly with ADNOC companies, Al Wazan Group has solidified its position as a trusted partner in delivering high- quality solutions across oil & gas, sustainability, and technology. Under his visionary leadership, the group is poised to further expand its influence, embracing new challenges and opportunities in the evolving energy landscape.

During his tenure as Director of several key UAE government departments—including Investment, Trade Promotion, WTO & Trade Negotiations, and the Minister of Economy's Executive Office (2011- 2024)—Mohamed collaborated closely with seven UAE ministers. He led teams of senior advisors in executing the government’s trade and investment agenda, ensuring alignment with the nation’s strategic goals.

As the CEO of Investopia, an initiative under the 'Projects of the 50,' Mohamed successfully launched both its inaugural and subsequent editions, attracting over $2 trillion in assets under management (AUM). Under his leadership, Investopia has become a premier destination for global investors, solidifying its position on the international stage.

In addition, Mohamed has played a pivotal role in various landmark government initiatives, including the UAE Investment Law, the Golden Visa program, and CEPA. His strategic positions at esteemed organizations such as Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company (Masdar) and Aldar Properties PJSC further underscore his expertise in corporate business development.

Mohamed’s influence extends far beyond the UAE, as evidenced by his active participation on the boards of various global organizations. He has served as the Trade and Investment Ambassador for KOTRA (Korea), a member of the Etihad Customer Advisory Board for Etihad Airways, and an Independent Member of Investment Committees for several prominent investment firms. In these roles, Mohamed continues to drive international partnerships and investments, shaping the global investment landscape with his insights and experience.
