Summit on Private Wealth and Impact Investment

On Tuesday 5 December, we hosted our Summit on Private Wealth and Impact Investment at Heriot Watt University, Dubai Campus. Discussion centred around how the UAE and the UK can work more closely together in three key areas:
the risks associated with mainstreaming ESG investment into private wealth portfolios
agreeing definitions and benchmarks for impact investment, sustainable investment and ESG
intercultural and intergenerational attidues towards private wealth and sustainable investment
We are truly grateful to our guest speakers and panellists for making this such a stimulating exchange of ideas, to First Abu Dhabi Bank for sponsoring the event and to Heriot Watt University for providing us with such a great venue - fit for a king, in fact!

In the new year, we will be distilling the key points from the discussions into a policy paper, which we will be submitting to the UK and UAE Governments for consideration.
