Business Lunch with Hawksford

It was a pleasure to join Hawksford - our newest member company - in hosting a lunch at the House of Lords to discuss prospects for the UK-UAE trade and investment relationship over the year ahead.

Amongst other topics, we discussed the UAE's strengths as a springboard into the ASEAN and African markets, the accelerating pace of economic diversification in the market, and the strong appetite for continued outward investment by the UAE into sectors such as lifesciences and digital infrastructure. An ambitious UK-GCC Free Trade Agreement will also unlock new opportunities for business between the UK and the UAE and its neighbours.
